This internship I did within the scope of Erasmus program. I had a very good experience in this clinic. I learnt how to diagnose and treat many ophthalmological illnesses, how to interpret OCT & perimetry, how to explore the patients using a slit lamp, tonometer and special lens (ophthalmoscopy). I visited every departament in the clinic, so I saw many different clinical cases. I could take part in Fortbildung. The doctors (Assistenzärzte, Oberärzte) are really helpful, nice and explain many things. I recommend this clinic to every student, especially to whom, who wants to specialize in ophthalmology, because you learn there the basic skills.
